I trapped 2 feral kittens yesterday for an upcoming spay/neuter/vax appointment; 2 got away. I converted my office and extra scaffolding/scrap lumber into a foster kitty palace, which my cats kindly tested. They are skeptical, but at least they seem to be enjoying the perch and are no longer bolting when I walk into the room.
Adding that the kitty donut, which my cats ignore, is a big hit.
